We were afraid to stay in this hotel following the terrible reviews we read from others but the rate was good thus we decided to take a chance. We arrived at 11 a.m. and recieved immediatly our rooms. It was 2 big and nice renovated rooms with balcony . Clean and sunny. Near to the hotel there is a metro or bus stations that take you for 1 euro to every place in the city. When we needed more shampoo or our kettle was not working the night front manager ( Mr Genaro) came to our room to help, he was very nice and helpfull .The breakfast was excellent and especially the rate of 158 euro for 3 nights for a double room in a 4 star hotel including breakfast ! The best hotel in our last visit to Italy!!
