This is a simple hotel in an unattractive area. However it is clean, there are two restaurants in walking distance and wireless broadband in the room was free of charge. What made my stay so pleasant was the lovely welcome and helpfulness of all the staff. 3.4more on Venere

The staff was wonderful and answered all of our questions and requests with a friendly and courteous manner. One of the rooms was towards the front of the hotel / on the street side and was quite noisy during the night with traffic, but the other room was fine. One problem is that the hotel is a bit out of the center of Milan and there is a bus line to get into town but there are no tabacchi's close to the hotel that sold bus tickets so we had to take taxi's into the city each day of our stay. 2.8more on Venere
