Staff very helpful, rooms exceptionally clean, only drawback was that all rooms did not appear to have air conditioning which is essential in a Milan summer 4.2more on Venere

The hotel was great and gave us the chance to have an awesome cafe that offered incredible service.
The only thing that I disliked was the fact that the front desk staff yelled at a chinese couple that grabbed some food from the breakfast area before 7:00 am, and told them that next time they have to wait until 7:00am....for Gods sake they were leaving...there may not be a next time.... I find that extremely disrespectful.
But I have to admit that the hotel facilities were really good, bathroon was extremely clean. 4.3more on Venere
