Travel information
The Hotel Star is in the very heart of Milan, within walking distance of La Scala Square, Cordusio Square and the cathedral. A location that enables its guests to walk to the major stores, museums and theatres. Close to the hotel are the main national banks, insurance companies and the Stock Exchange. By underground (red line aka line 1) from Cordusio Square, 50 metres away, you can reach the Trade Fair, where the chief trade exhibitions are held. It is very easy to reach the Hotel Star. If you arrive by train, there are only 4 metro stops from the Central Railway Station to Duomo (yellow line aka line 3). From Linate Airport, take either a taxi or bus N73 and 2 metro stops (red line aka line 1) to Cordusio. From Malpensa Airport, you can take the Malpensa Express train that gets to Cadorna Station and from there, take either a taxi or 2 metro stops (red line aka line 1) to Cordusio.

The location is great, a charming street 2 minute walk from the hotel and the staff is very nice and helpful. In addition wireless internet is free for the first three hours.
The central location and for sure much better than most 4 stars in Milan. Very courteous staff, very clean room and they recommended wonderful restaurants. The usual European standards - great breads.
Great locations for La Scala and not a luxury Hotel. Wonderful staff and i experienced no problems at check-in or check-out. I loved the room and high ceilings.
Only available in the lobby and the breakfast did not contain any fresh fruit or juice.
