Hotels in Milan seem to be quire pricy, and this one is not an exception (€150 avg. for 2-stars hotel). The breakfast was REALLY poor. Plus narrow stairs, not so easy to climb with heavy luggage. Fortunately the staff was kind, but their english was terrible.

I have been through Milan for five years. I have stayed two times here. Both times, excellent value. However, the neighborhood is not the best, but don't let that put you off. Recent renovations on bathrooms, new towels, refrig.,excellent large tv (w ith sky). I mention the tv because often you can be charged top price and have a 20yr. old tv with no english channels. My only drawback was I thought the price was a bit much for a solo traveler. But seasons vary. Excellent friendly service and very good internet and breakfast. Definitely will stay again. Only 10 min. to LIN airport. Ciao!

Delizia is fairly clean, nicely located in one of Milan's most residential areas. Not too far from the centre/city attractions. Rooms are quite comfortable given the price, with new furniture and good bathroom facilities. Generally happy with the room, although it could have been slightly more clean. At night the surroundings were quite dark, but otherwise safe. Fair number of restaurants/cafes/shops near the hotel. Very good fresh breakfast offered. Superb hospitality and friendliness.

Overall, we were happy with the room however the staff were no help in providing answers on various tourist attractions, transport or restaraunt reccomendations.

The desk people were gracious and helpful; breakfast was very good, w/rolls, yogurt, juice, good coffee; we were able to play cards in the breakfst room in the evening since no one was using the room as a bar.
