Booked twin room back in January for 2 nights in April for my friend and I (both female). When we arrived we were told by an unfriendly receptionist that he did not have a twin room for us but had two singles. These were on different floors (one on the first floor and one on the third) and extremely small and unpleasant. We had no option but to take them.
After going out for a meal we complained to a different receptionist and we did get a twin room for our second night which was a much nicer room. Also I would advise anyone staying in this hotel to be careful if they take a drink from mini bar in room. A bottle of beer in one of the single rooms had been tampered with and contained urine not beer! Breakfast was no more than average. Location of the hotel was good though, walking distance to the station and near the metro and stop for sightseeing bus. Would definately not stay here again though.
