Firstly, this hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel and doesnt come close. The room is was very small (but you're in Europe, so this is not really a warranted criticism) and facilities were pretty basic. The other problem with this hotel is that it is a fair distance out of Milan. The nearest underground station is a good 2km walk and then about 7 stops to the Piazza del Duomo. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Milan is not the greatest city, and therefore you only need 2 days there. For this reason you want to be central and not spending your time on the undergound. Look for something closer and nicer

Staff was friendly, helpful and could speak English well. I read some review that the location of the hotel was bit outskirt. Personally it was not bad tho. Just took Metro No1 (Red color) then get off at LOTTO. After that you had to take bus/tram no 93/92 to Viale Murillo (2-3stops only which took about 5-8 mins from Lotto Metro sta). You could see the hotel from the bus/tram stop which was 1 min walk only. We bought 24 hour ticket which valid for bus, tram and metro so you could take all transport. The room was too small for 4 star hotel. However, the price you paid for this hotel was pretty good. If you like soccer, this hotel was pretty close to San Siro stadium. I would definitely stay here if I go to Milan.
