3Possibly the most disinterested and sloppy service I've ever experienced in a hotel restaurant, with only a mediocre buffet offering at lunchtime. The same buffet is then "refreshed" for the evening, and the a la carte menu is available, too - with five main course dishes, two of which were veal.
On our first evening, only three of the four meals were delivered, the fourth arriving much later, without apology. The potatoes and vegetables simply didn't arrive at all.
Not many hotel restaurants are top notch, but this plumbed the depths for surly attitude, lack of choice and unfriendliness.
Room was good, with big comfortable bed, (hard pillows, though!) internet expensive, breakfast very good indeed.
All in all, not a bad place - I was there for four nights on business - but they desperately need to kick some bottoms in the restaurant.
