Extremely helpful staff and hot water was scarce. Fresh towels were provided each day and the breakfast was also very nice.

Great location and clean hotel. The lobby looked reasonable and the staff was nice enough. Temperature in the room was about 60 degrees F as well.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen, and I have stayed in many different types of hostels and hotels throughout Europe. The staff was unpleasant. There are no ammenities at all. The shower/bathroom for those who do not get a shower in-room, looked as it had not been cleaned or worked on in 20 years. My room did not even have a doorknob and supposedly non of the other rooms were availabe. Though, I never actually saw anyone else staying there. For those who do have in-room bathrooms and doorknobs, it is still not worth the price. Though the location is somewhat near the center, it is definitely worth spending a little more for something more pleasant.
