We found this hotel very disappointing given the very positive reviews we had read. We found that the photos on the site were VERY flattering, well done to the photographer!! Our room was nowhere near as nice as on the photos and we were given a twin, having a confirmed booking for a double. The hotel said it is their policy to do this if they wish and would not consider compensation. The hotel is VERY ordinary and not in a particularly nice area. On the positive side the reception staff were nice and the gym and breakfast were ok. All in all it was reasonable value but nothing special at all.

Lovely hotel. Helpful and professional staff. We had a spacious triple. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was the best during our stay in Italy and yes, the view over Milan is nice. No problem leaving luggage for a late flight out. Would definitely use them again.

Good service for your group of 3 couples. We were placed on the same floor near the restaurant. The breakfast was great and the one dinner that we all had was also very good--fresh and tasty. All the staff were helpful but one was a bit abrupt to some of our group.

Nice hotel, very easy to find, close to Metropolitana Station. I wolud stay again.
