I chose the Park Hyatt because of its location and I liked the modern style of the rooms on the website. I arrived a bit earlier than my planned arrival time, and the room wasnt ready. The staff was kind and friendly, the hall magnificent with the glass dome and the wall hung with a big Fontana's sculpture. On the other side the room had damp patches near the bed, the linen were just average, the Internet connection wasn't for free, they forgot to deliver my newspaper the first day...... Breathtaking suite with a king size bedroom, which easily accomodated a single bed for our 3yr old, separated from the living/dining area which had a separate guest bathroom.
