Friendly staff, but be prepared to wait hours for the lift to arrive at peak times, to not be able to adjust the air conditioning and not necessarily find a seat for breakfast.. Read review

This is a nice 4 star hotel which we managed to get for a very reasonable amount, expect to pay a lot for hotels in Italy. During my stay, I had no problems with the lift. Note, the lift is glass and if you have a fear of heights or lifts, I would recommend you ask for a room on the lower floors. The breakfast was not incuded in our room and would have costed 15EUR. The hotel is not in the heart of Milan, but the prices reflect this. The city centre is quite accessible via the metro which is about 5 mins walk away on Metro Line 1. A tax from the main train station to the hotel will cost about 15EUR. We had no complaints and would definately stay here again if we could get the room for the same price.. Read review

The rooms are very nice an large, with mini-bar, nice desk, etc. Desk staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. The location was great - just 2 blocks walk to the subway, and a few shops and a grocery right next door, as well as a few kiddie rides set up just outside. The food in the restaurant was incredible, and throughout our stay we had one of every meal there. The "spinach/cheese raviolis in a foaming butter sauce" were DELISH, and the buffet breakfast was huge!. Read review
