The hotel was pretty on the outside. The lobby clean. The guest rooms were large but dirty. There was a dirty diaper under the bed NOT OURS!! Also, questionable stains on the walls in the bathroom. When the manager was told about all of this she did not seem to be concerned. We stayed there with other people and their room next door wasn't much better. Although you expect to have higher prices for food that close to Disney , the Cafe and dining room were way over priced. The Cafe had a different price for a cup of coffee every morning depending on who was the cashier!!! Will never stay there again, to much stress on our much needed vacation!!!!

Just returned from a six night stay. I had a great deal with $89 night. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Disney, and makes a nice first impression. The lobby is nice. It has a small disney store that my kids loved. It also had a cartoonist. The check in did not take too long.
Unfortunately, from here it went downhill. We were very disappointed with our room - 1015. The bathroom looked very bad - needed a paint job. There was mold on the corner of the bathtub, and it was black under the rim of the sink. The shower was hard to work. The A/C made a lot of noise, and had black debris falling out of it. The terrace also was in need of a paint job. I was able to see fireworks in the distance, although I did not upgrade to a $109 room advertised. The rug was old and worn. The towels were stained and very had.
We ordered a refridgerator for an additional $10+tax, but it was dirty. There was internet in the room, but the connection did not work properly. So much for the $6.95 daily resort fee. Of all things - my kids were disappointed that Disney channel did not work on our first day. The TV's volume did not adjust when you tried to lower the volume - it went up higher.
I was annoyed with all the menu's which are left everyday under the door. Security appears to be lacking if people can walk around and leave menu's. On our last day it was also annoying to have an employee knock on our door at around 9am to ask what time we were checking out. I was still in my PJ's and check out is noon.
The elevators did not work properly. On one occasion we missed getting stuck. They are very slow. They do not have a separate elevator for staff. The pool is small and there was not enough towels. There was only one computer in the lobby and it was always taken. There was not enough parking. My husband parked towards the back portion and still our rental car got a big dent. They have plenty of valet parking available, but why should you have to pay when parking is free. The free bus transportation to the parks is excellent. Drivers were extremely friendly. Note unlike the Disney drivers these have a tip box . .
I honestly would not stay at this hotel again. I would stay at a Disney property or try another nearby hotel.
