What Travellers Like

The location is perfect for serious shopping. Once we returned the very helpful concierge brought us up to our room. She opened the door and to our surprise they've upgraded us to one of the best suites in the hotel. This very large suite was incredible with a beautiful living room, bedroom, cali closets as big as some European hotel rooms and an amazing bathroom.. Read review

Had a problem with air conditioning the first night; then it turned out that they had switched my air off. Also the hotel restaurant, while good, was very expensive - cost me 92 Euros for dinner with a glass of wine. I suggest you try one of the numerous restaurants in the surrounding areas - great quality and much less expensive.. Read review

It is located about 10-15 minutes from the train station and 45 minutes from the main airport. We used a transfer to and from both the train station and the airport - the trips were arranged through the hotel directly. The rooms very decorated beautifully with heavy silk and satin drapery, gold leafing and marble. The shower was very refreshing and the room came complete with a hairdryer - which was much easier to use than fumbling with my hairdryer and the electrical coverters. They even provided robes and slippers to lounge in. The front desk staff was very helpful in finding us a good restaurant and helping us set up informal tours.. Read review
