Hotl sporco, prezzo altissimo per distanza dal centro e qualità del servizio offerto, l'arredo la moquette e i bagni credo siano quelli originali della costruzione di 30 anni fà.... o comunque sembrano tali. Da un'idea di sporco comunque! Sconsigliatissimo. Incredibilmente classificato a 4 stelle... seembra piuttosto un 2 stelle.

Hotel itself was good except breakfast. Prices were too high.

Terrible. Road noise in the rooms. Not clean.

My wife and I stayed there for 1 night on 15-Sep-2007. The greatest problem was the noise in the rooms. The hotel is placed adjacent to a very busy main road. The windows in all the rooms including the executive suites are NOT sound proof at all and can not be completely shut tight. No matter which room you will get you will suffer from considerable road noise at all hours of the day and night. The hotel receptionist admitted this is how the hotel is designed and there is nothing she can do. The room was not clean. We found traces of shaving cream in the sink from the previous guest... The elevator and the equipment in the rooms is quite wore down. A huge grasshopper landed on the cheese tray during breakfast (this is not a joke...). It was so disgusting we just skipped breakfast. We will never return again. I think it is a disgrace to the Holiday inn brand to have such a hotel under its name. I would like to note that we stayed in the Padova (Italy) Holiday Inn a few days earlier and it was just superb.

Good Hotel with Friendly Staff

Stayed for 2 nights in August with 2 children in a family room.The staff on the front desk were friendly and efficient. The centre (Dumo + Castle) is a 30 min bus ride from hotel. The bus stop is directly opposite hotel (get your tickets from the front desk). A cab is about 20 euros. The hotel is a typical Holiday Inn with all mod cons. The AC was excellent and quiet. We ate at the restaurant and were pleasenty surprised. The prices were OK. My only criticism is the 18 euro per night charge for the parking ! Good choice if you want a family room and are only interested in visiting city centre for a day. If you are staying any longer and want to try different restaurants go somewhere else.
