Baeren Hotel, The Bear Inn - Wilderswil, Switzerland 

We stayed at this hotel Easter 2008. The rooms are very basic although very clean.The decor/furniture etc is very old looking and tired although its well looked after and very cleanly kept.The shower for example was open plan and not in a bathroom , only the shwoer curtain separated this from the bedroom.The walls and ceiling are also very thin , so quite noisy when people are moving about either late at night or early morning ! Breakfast was buffet style and there was a reasonable selection. We ate at the hotel a couple of times and the food was pretty good , with the back food area being non smoking. In terms of location , this hotel is 10 mins walk from the station.
