Posted: Feb 13, 2011 - The staff at this small, friendly hotel is wonderful - I watched someone at the front desk give turn-by-turn directions to a new arrival over the telephone, and when they got lost anyway, he ran out, grabbed one of the hotel's bicycles (available to guests), biked to their car, and led them to the hotel personally. We were, frankly, a royal pain (we were there on business and had a LOT of unusual needs), and the staff were unfailingly polite, good-humored, and helpful. The price is good, and the rooms are clean and well cared for, if basic. The location is fantastic - within the walled inner city and a very short cobblestoned walk to anything you might need..
