The Don Carlos restaurant offers an intimate setting with a sophisticated, elegant feel. Dedicated to the master composer Giuseppe Verdi, who spent much of his time at the Grand Hotel, pictures and sketches showing scenes from the Museo della Scala adorn the walls, where soft lights, antiques, appliqué lighting and leather and velvet covered sofas create a particularly charming atmosphere.Don Carlos offers a traditional Italian cuisine.
