The villas are scattered along the golf course perimeter and face the beautiful gulf of Cefalù.The outside of the constructions features hand carved local rock and is finished with windows and doors with wooden shutters. The villas are elegantly furnished, with Tuscan tile floors, and come in 2 kinds: 2 and 4 rooms.
The 2-room villa is built on 100 m² with a maximum capacity of 4 beds.
This includes a large dining-living room with sea view, equipped with a double sofa bed and a fireplace covered with Mistretta rocks, a large matrimonial bedroom, an elegant bathroom with marble tiling fitted with a Jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen and a wide terrace with sea view where you can dine.
