Rooms are decorated in traditional Tuscan style, with a motif of daisies, sunflowers and wheat. In every bathroom you will find a special line of biological toiletries, prepared by Erbario Toscano, such as olive oil shampoo, red wine conditioner, and a range of creams and body moisturisers.

The restaurant offers a relaxing place, with soft music and candle lights, where you can enjoy an aperitif accompanied by appetisers, freshly prepared in the kitchen.

For dinner you can sample a choice of cold cuts (all coming from the most renowned areas of the region - Gombitelli, Cardoso, Colonnata, Montignoso and Camaiore); local cheeses served with homemade jams and honey; toasted bread with garlic, tomato, olive oil (bruschetta); and other traditional fillings. In addition to this, every day the kitchen offers different kinds of carpaccio and a new first course, made with the freshest fish, meat or vegetarian ingredients, and homemade desserts.

A wide selection of wines is also available to accompany and boost these genuine tastes.
