Hotel Villa Ariston - Lido di Camaiore, Italy     

We have just returned from getting married in Park Hotel Villa Ariston and we can honestly say we have never experienced the individual service, attention to detail and professionalism like what we received three weeks ago today. Indeed from the moment we arrived at the hotel, which was really late i.e 1am approximately on tuesday morning(Ryan air flight Dublin-Pisa departed and arrived on time) we felt at home! The reception we recieved was excellent. Our room was in the villa itself and more than lived up to the pictures on the website. The hotel was very private and safe nestled around mature gardens and just a stones throw from the beach. Indeed opening our room shutters what lay before us was a view of the sea from above the tree line so beautiful. The hotel staff from top management down were very friendly and extremely helpful as we had wedding guests staying in the hotel and really helped to put our minds at ease that our guests were looked after. We all genuinely felt that our wedding was the only wedding in the hotel and the attention to detail as mentioned earlier was phenomenol . The food in the hotel was exceptional quality for the standard expected. Overall we could not fault our experience and if the proof is in the experience we would do it all over again!

We have stayed at Villa Ariston on a number of occasions over the last few years, and each return visit has been as special as previous ones. We read in some of last years reviews that a particular member of management was highlighted for her poor manner and 'rudeness' to guests. We too, experienced this individual on one occasion - but the good news is, she no longer works at this establishment! - So don't be turned off by the references to her. Many of the other staff at the Villa have been there for a number of years, and are wonderful. There is also a great general management team who know exactly how to treat their guests. They remember us each time we return, and we couldn't ask for better service. We are looking forward to going back again later this year. A luxury break in a lovely setting.
