Chef the Luigi Giudici proposes one kitchen based on the products of the territory, from the lago fish like coregone, tinca, Persian, to the gamberi of lago, the meats of Rovato and Sarnico, to the immense one chosen of wines of the Franciacorta. All he is produced in house, from the fresh paste to the pastry shop, the bread. In Franciacorta a tradition of enogastronomico tourism exists that cannot be betrayed.
