3.4Hotel is on the third floor of an old florentine house; the name 'Palazzo' is therefore a little bit misleading. Room was very clean and equipped with all things you need, public areas were small (nothing for travellers that are expecting big reception areas, or a real Palazzo..). Staff was very kind and also competent. Due to the really central location just besides the dome and just above of a main traffic route this hotel has the big advantage to be midst in town but also the big disadvantage to be midst in traffic noise.
