The staff was great in helping us plan our sightseeing itinerary, the breakfast was better than some places - meats and the service from folks was friendly. The shower was super tiny.

I awoke to beautiful views of the Duomo, the hotel has some tradeoffs I was willing to make and the staff were great. Moreover the room was nice.
