Via della Pergola is an ancient medieval street in the heart of Florence.
Florence Cathedral (450 metres) - This stunning example of Renaissance architecture is built from red, green and white Italian marble and has a huge dome. Climb the bell-tower for amazing views across the city.
Uffizi (750 metres) - You could easily spend a day looking at all the masterpieces in this world-famous art gallery, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Ponte Vecchio (800 metres) - Just beyond the Uffizi you will come to Florence's famous covered bridge, housing many jewellers shop and street performers.

By Bus:
- The number 17, 11, 10 and 6 buses all run to Piazza San Marco and are located in front of the railway station.
- From the Via Martelli bus stop, turn right into Via de Pucci, and then continue straight ahead until you reach Via della Pergola after the Ospedale San Maria Nuova.
- Alternatively, take the bus number 14 to the Via del Proconsolo bus stop.
- Turn your back on the Duomo and you will see Via dell'Oriuolo and the end of the street.
- Turn left into Via della Pergola.
By Train:
- From S.M. Novella station, take a taxi to Via della Pergola.
By Plane:
- From Firenze Peretola Airport, take a taxi to Via della Pergola.
By Car:
- From the A1 motorway, take the Firenze Certosa exit, and then follow directions to the Dome/City Centre.
