Posted: Sep 03, 2008 - It is quaint and cozy, our room was big and decorated beautifully and had two showers. The owner was very nice and made sure we were happy with our room, which we were very happy with it. We had a wonderful night's sleep at the Hotel Rosary Garden, thanks to the Holiday Inn for being full. Our room was called the Bourbon Queen, great for a family.. Read review

- DKLONDONUK - Located outside the noise and crowds of downtown Florence, the Hotel Rosary Garden ("HSG") is well-situated in a quiet little neighborhood a little beyond the Bardini Gardens. Nearby, within short five-minute walking distance, are several excellent restaurants. Our room, a superior double, had HUGE vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a comfy sofa, a sizeable bathroom (for Italy), and many other niceties. The breakfasts, included in the price of the room, are served in a cozy little room and are quite tasty. There were also several rooms in the HSG set aside simply for relaxing, with free danish cookies, tea, and digestivos (liqueurs). Although the staff is excellent, Monica is unparalleled as a host, concierge, and friend to her guests. Given the terrific value that it offers, I would rank this hotel among the best in Italy; It offers the ease, comfort, and beauty of a five-star hotel without the snootiness and the attitude. If you are in Florence and they have room, stay at the Hotel Rosary Garden. Note: If you are wondering how to get there from the train station (as we were), please email the hotel staff first as a bus goes directly from the station to the square where the HSG resides.. - MBWD - The welcome and service was personal, friendly and helpful and the decor beautiful. The suburban location is quiet yet easy to find ( 1 euro bus fare from city centre). There is a good restaurant next door where you eat with Italians not other tourists.. Read review

4It is a charming, small hotel with an excellent staff. We had the room you see pictured on Trip Advisor and it was lovely. As for location it is NOT a 10 minute walk to the historic part of Florence, but rather a 15-20 minutes bus ride. The bus stop is about 100 feet from the hotel and runs about every......

5I started to cancel when I saw the location, but the reviews were so good we decided to stay. It was the nicest hotel room we had on our entire trip, including one of the Hiltons in Paris. It was very, very quick and easy to take a bus into town each day and the kind and gracious hotel staff told us......

5Rosary Garden Hotel is a lovely hotel with a very friendly staff across the Arno River in the suburbs of Florence. CHECK-IN: The hotel lobby is on the second floor (or, first floor for Europeans) and up a steep set of stairs. The hotel staff is absolutely delightful! The double had two twin beds, side-by-side......
