Absolutely dirty-- the corridors and rooms smelled terribly, there were bed bugs and mosquitos in the room, and hair all around the bathroom and the bed. The receptionist spoke very little English and he was totally unhelpful when I asked for changing the dirty sheets. There are definetly better value hotels in Florance, and most definetly cleaner ones.
