Location couldnt be better and very convenient from the train station as well as the major sights of the city. Patiently spelled out good places to go, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious.

Great location, near train station and i was treated as I were a VIP throughout my stay. Staff was very nice and one big problem was the shower that was flatted easily every time we had a shower. From here was easy to walk from any historical or local exhibit of Florence.
