the service is rally nice, the room is clean, it is really near to train station. Only the NOT free internet is quiet disturbing. The breakfast is really good. But for everything, I can say it is good hostel. Recommended for all.

our bedroom was WITHOUT CLIMATISATION WC OUTSIDE so we was disapointed we thought you was not credible at all so when we arrived we was fed up about your site it was so hot in the bedroom!!!! and the first night was very noisy but the working persons there was really kind and sweet we don't know if we will do it again with you you have to tell the truth about prestations!!!

We had no water at all for the last night so wasn't able to shower or brush teeth. Room was tiny, especially bathroom. Wouldn't ever stay there again.

Hotel Joli is conveniently located very near to the Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence and is within easy walking distance of the San Lorenzo market, Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. The hotel is on the third floor of its building, but there is a lift. The staff were very nice about letting us keep our bags in the lobby both before check-in and after check-out. The shared toilet at the end of the hall was very clean and the room had its own shower and sink, which was nice. The shower did sort of flood a bit, though, so watch out for that. The included breakfast was quite satisfactory and at 55 euro for one night, it was well worth the price.

I would definitely stay again. The owners were very friendly and the room was cleaned daily. The location was pretty good and sights were all within walking distance. Finally, the free breakfast was a nice touch, though I would have liked more choices. The one thing I hated was the lack of wireless internet. They claimed to be getting it soon, but when I was there, my only option was a really lousy computer in the lobby. Also for some arbitrary reason that computer couldn't be used after 11.
