Perfect location - 15 minutes walking to the main historical sites of Florence, the staff at Hotel Rapallo was fantastic and the guys on the reception desk were friendly. The room we had was a very good size for the four of us and breakfast was nice had boiled eggs. . Read review

Although the facilities were fairly basic and not exactly modern, the staff were very friendly and helpful which made up for a lot. The bathroom in our room was not great, cluttered and a bit smelly! However, the rest of the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.. Read review
