I booked 2 rooms, one double and one triple.
The tripple room was spacious & cozy with air conditioner while the double room was rather small. It's on the hallway and near common bathrooms, noisy all night.
Another drawback is the bathroom, really small and toilet didn't flush well.
By the way, the location is really handy, short walk from central station and really close to Duomo and other main attractions. 2.8more on Venere

View on Duomo! All we wanted to see was on walking distance. Nice staff, big room for 4, clean (share) bathrooms and toilets. Nice payable place to stay in this expensive city! 4more on Venere

This was an amazing hotel with frescos inside the rooms it was like we when to the 14th or 15th century. the hotel is right there at the florence duomo, the hotel is attended by the onwer so think about it, it was just perfect!!!! 5more on Venere
