Our room faced a lovely park, located just near the lake and the location is perfect you are planning on using a car to get around Tuscany. Nearby the hotel there are good coffee shops.

Lady at the front desk willing and helpful, she told me all windows must be closed for the a/c to work. Bringing new foods are completely overloaded.
