Location is great, everything about the hotel is fantastic and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are huge, naim Sammy in the new beautiful bar are wonderful and one of Florence's better coeliac friendly restaurants is 200 metres away in the Via delle Terme. . Read review

The location is
perfect, the hotel is gorgeous and all the staff are absolutely wonderful. Great marble bathroom, the terrace on the roof is really nice and roof garden restaurant for diner or just to take your breakfast. Dinner served on the beautiful patio is definately a special event. . Read review

The main station Santa Maria Novella is just 10 minutes on foot away from the hotel. From the airport Amerigo Vespucci you can reach the hotel by taxi within 15 minutes. Alternatively you can choose to take the shuttlebus "Vola in bus" which will bring you to the main station in about 25 minutes.

Excellent location and the 20 year old 12 inch TV seemed out of place. Staff are very helpful, the bathroom is nice and big, the breakfast is complete and fresh.
The location is excellent and very nice relaxing area / terrace on the roof of the hotel. The staff is courteous, the accommodations are clean and fresh and the coffee hot - thank you.
The location couldn't be any better - 's in a very close proximity to everything and one of the best hotels i have ever booked. The staff are charming, the windows have shutters can be used to shut out all the light and having breakfast on the terrace is beautiful.
