Location is great, everything about the hotel is fantastic and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are huge, naim Sammy in the new beautiful bar are wonderful and one of Florence's better coeliac friendly restaurants is 200 metres away in the Via delle Terme. . Read review

The location is perfect, the hotel is gorgeous and all the staff are absolutely wonderful. Great marble bathroom, the terrace on the roof is really nice and roof garden restaurant for diner or just to take your breakfast. Dinner served on the beautiful patio is definately a special event. . Read review
