A rich American buffet breakfast, complete with home-made pastries, is served from 07:00 to 10:30 in the Sala Caterina or the poolside Conservatory.For lunch or dinner, you can choose from the Lorenzo de’ Medici restaurant, or the Conservatory which boasts a modern interior and long veranda leading out into the garden and pool. Both of these restaurants are open from 12:00 to 14:30 and then 19:00 to 22:30. In the summer there is also accompanying live music.
The new Jockey American Bar fuses modern and traditional elements and offers an ideal spot for relaxation. It is open from 11:00 to 01:00.
From 19:00 on Tuesday to Saturday the piano bar is a great spot to listen to some live music while enjoying an appetiser, dinner or after-dinner drinks.
