Breakfast areas were impressive and this hotel was in a fabulous location for all the sites in Florence. The service was great and our bathroom was long and narrow.

The location was perfect for walking to all the sites we were interested in and our overall stay was good. The staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

Primarily the location - excellent for seeing all important sites and a very good value for the money. Helpful staff, large room and recliners as well as candles. One hot dish, friendly waiters.

Location is good, this hotel is is very central and the front desk staff is very helpfull. Additionally the bathrooms are lovely and clean, breakfast is one of the best we've had in Italy.
