Hotel was very central - near to station for an easy arrival, and near to all the major sights. Room was quiet and spacious. However, the outstanding feature of this hotel is the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them in terms of making sure that you made the most of your stay with lots of helpful tips and recommendations to save time and money and make sure you saw the best that Florence had to offer

Muy recomendable por su ubicaci?n y por la relaci?n calidad/precio. Las habitaciones son amplias y el ba?o impecable. Est? muy bien aislado de los ruidos exteriores. Recib? muy buena informaci?n tur?stica en recepci?n. El desayuno muy completo aunque la zona habilitada al efecto es peque?a, pero muy agradable.

Muy recomendable por su ubicación y por la relación calidad/precio. Las habitaciones son amplias y el baño impecable. Está muy bien aislado de los ruidos exteriores. Recibí muy buena información turística en recepción. El desayuno muy completo aunque la zona habilitada al efecto es pequeña, pero muy agradable.

Just make sure it's ok to take your luggage up the stairs, as there is no elevator. Apart from that, it is a fantastic place.

The person greeting us and answering a phone requests (Marina) was outstanding-she was friendly, helpful, inspiring, knowledgable and welcomed us from enthusiastically to this place. We will definitely go back and recommend this place to everyone.
