Very nice hotel, with an atmosphere. Close to downtown, walking distance 10 minutes. Very nice inner garden, with sofas and tables, ideal for relax, reading, smoking a cigar. Excellent price/quality ratio. Ways above the average accommodations in the area. More than suggestible hotel.

Excellent location, best with train travel and hotel room are much better than the picture on the website. It is very spacious and tasteful deco,very beautiful bathroom. Breakfast room is a bit crowded at peak time and you are expected to queue for 20mins. Overall a great hotel, would come back again

Talking about Room 410,Noise Air condition(in level 2,or 3),level 1 to hot,(Top floor)27°C... They could do ,with a POWER-SHOWER,and the front desk could give you the choice by the check in if you are agre with a room with Bath or a Shower..??Never askt us about it.

We travel extensively internationally and this is, perhaps, the best hotel we have ever experienced. Although it is not a "family" establishment (which we generally prefer), the quality of this hotel is extraordinary in relation to the price. I will return again soon and recommend it highly to others. The hotel is especially well suited for train travellers due to its close proximity to Santa Maria Novella stazione. The promximity does not interfere with the quietness and class of the property though. The hotel must be experienced to be believed.

The showers drained slowly but the room was amazing and the staff was great. Location centrally located. Wished we could have stayed here longer.
