The location could not be better if traveling by train (10 minute walk from station) and for sightseeing and shopping. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Would absolutely return and recommend to friends!

Payment only in cash not informed previously in the website. Invoice provided only by request. Spider webs on the room walls. Twin beds placed together in very poor conditions (horrible mattresses). Very poor breakfast with only one kind of bread. The most advantage is hotel location.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told we would be staying at a sister hotel near by. The new hotel was ok. The location was very near the Domo.

"Photographs","Location as indicated", "Type and number..." : I did not fill those items because when we arrived in Bigallo Hôtel, it was overbooked and we were sent to Lanzi Hôtel, very near from Bigallo, which belongs to the same owner. But it was all right and we were welcome and we enjoyed our stay in this hôtel. At least it was not a problem and we recommand Lanzi Hôtel even if we were surprised to be overbooked in Bigallo Hôtel.

The room completely met our specified requests, and exceeded our expectations. Both view (if you get the right room) and location can hardly be any better in Florence. Among dozens of hotels experiences around Europe over the past years, this is definitely the best so far, price considered. If we would go back to Florence, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.
