I had booked a single online and was given a huge corner room that contained a king sized bed, a twin bed, and a couch. Despite this and a few other large furniture pieces, the room was practically empty! The hotel was in a great location, just outside a busy piazza with tons of shopping and restaraunts. On the 6th floor was a beautiful terrace. It was worth the price of the room just to be able to come up here and to relax and to be able to enjoy a glass of wine along with the spectacular views! It only fit about 2 people at a time and was almost impossible to catch unless you took it from the 5th floor (where the receptionist and breakfast room are located) or from the ground level. Breakfast wasn't anything fancy, but it was nice. Waitresses brought you a basket of fresh, crusty rolls with jam, biscotti, and coffee.. Read review

Location was excellent, also the depandance we stayed was in a calm street without noise therefore we slept very well and found that instead of a bedroom we got a huge apartment just around the corner from the hotel. The price was very low and pick up car service worked fine. Had private bathrooms, roof terrace was perfect and the continental breakfast was decent. . Read review

The view from the balcony was amazing and the hotel was in a fantastic location - a street away from the Duomo. The staff was very friendly, the shower was great.

Great location - all of the attractions are several minutes away by foot, the hotel have a terace at the last floor the view is absolutely fantastic and the room takes at least a few hours to warm because the heaters are old.
The staff at front desk seemed helpless and breakfast is not the best.
