2.6Although location and facilities are good, the first day was a bad experience as we arrived to find a freezing room, not equipped for 3 people as we've required and inexistent staff. We had to leave the room as soon as we arrived because we couldn't even take a shower in the freezing bathroom and I had to carry blankets, pillows and towels myself into the room.
After complaining, we were put in a much smaller room, apparently not suitable for 3 people, but at least warm enough to sleep in. It took the staff 2 days to locate the owner in order to discuss the problem and modify the price, and although we paid in cash I still have to check whether we've been double-charged for our stay, as the hotel claims that we've cancelled our reservation.
Really a pitty.
