espectacular, la atencion la ubicacion, la comodidad. totalmente recomendado. muy util el acceso a internet gartuito, bien el desayuno por encima de lo que ofrecen la mayoria de los hoteles.

Fairly hard to find-sign not lit up. They said that I had an ensuite bathroom, but it was next door down the hall. I had the only key so that part was good

Excellent hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful. We got room 45, on the top floor with a great of the doumo and San Margo. Excellent breakfast.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It is in a fantastic location (5 minutes from the train/bus station, 2 minutes from the Duomo, 30 sec from San Lorenzo, and surrounded by great restaurants). The staff spoke excellent English and were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast can't be beat for the price, but make sure to get there early because they didn't seem to replenish the food once it was gone. I will stay here again on my next trip to Florence. To explain my two ratings that weren't 10s: It was a bit noisy, mainly from the dining room, but that was due to a group of school children who were staying there, and they got very loud. I used earplugs to sleep through the morning noise and was fine. There was NO street noise at all. As for spaciousness, I was in a single room with a double bed (which I loved having!!), so the bed pretty much took up the entire room, maybe 2-3 feet of space on either side. Was it a problem? Absolutely not, but technically, the room was not "spacious". However, the bathroom was big, and this room was more than adequate for me traveling alone. Again, I will absolutely stay here the next time I'm in Florence!

Bonjour, Séjour à Paques 2009, en couple sans enfant. Excellent rapport qualité / prix pour cet hotel idéalement placé à Florence. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner correct. A conseiller.
