The hotel is a five minute walk from the train station in a quiet area and approx. 20mins from the centre of the city. We found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. Our room was outstanding, big enough for a massive double bed, a writing desk and a sofa and two chairs. The whole of the room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. There is a nice bar area where we used to relax after taking the evening air and eating in one of the local restaurants. We really enjoyed our time in Florence and would recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel may be more than 0.6 km from the railway station. We have to go through narrow streets to reach the hotel. Rooms do not qualify 4-star. Breakfast was superb and restaurant staff efficient and pleasant.

We have paid for our 3 rooms upon check-out and yet today I received a credit card statement on another 1-night accomodation charged for the same hotel. I am very disappointed with your operation. I am demanding an explanation and remedical action. I do not rule out lodging a complaint and warning other travellers about my experience.

Siamo stati per tre giorni in questo fantastico hotel, a 15 min dal centro della città. Lo staff al nostro arrivo si è rivelato cordiale ed esaustivo nelle nostre richieste. La struttura è molto ben curata, pulita e accogliente in ogni suo spazio comune: un bellissimo hotel 4*. Una volta saliti in camera, hanno subito telefonato dalla reception, chiedendoci di attendere un facchino, in modo da spostarci in una stanza disponibile molto più grande! Inoltre la colazione (fino alle 10.30) era ottima, abbondante, ricca di varianti per ogni gusto. Insomma un soggiorno in una città bellissima, anche grazie ad una struttura davvero valida, che non ci ha deluso in niente: davvero un ottimo hotel.

Molto accogliente, abbastanza vicino al centro città, zona tranquilla, ottima colazione, hotel molto elegante con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
