The location is incredible, florence is lovely and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Air conditioned rooms and breakfast is very good. Fine wines of they are particularly proud, aLSO A GREAT BONUS at the end of each tiring day to have an Irish bar on SMN green near us. . Read review

They have good sized rooms with state of the art air conditioning and lighting. The breakfast was a buffet with scrambled eggs, fresh and canned fruit and wonderful rolls and cheeses.. Read review

We enjoyed the location - near to the station and the hotel was perfect. Furthermore the staff was excellent, fabulous breakfast included - wonderful service in dining room.

The location was excellent - close to the sights and our stay was an extension to a tour itinerary booking we were upgraded to a junior suite for 2 nights overlooking the square. Staff was very accomodating and we had a wonderful room. Breakfast was great.

Short walk to all sites, the hotel is in a very good location being close to the train station and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The bathroom is gorgeous.

The location is superb - set in beautiful piazza, helpful staff to complement the quality of the hotel and there are 2 salons you can wait or read a book in the day you like we did whilst our room was cleaned on one day. The breakfast is excellent.
