Our room was beautiful and spacious. It was also very clean. The hotel is very close to the train station in a nice neighborhood. It also close to most of the major sights including the Uffizi and Accademia. Breakfast was large and consisted of assorted pastries, fruits, cheeses, meats and yogurt. The staff spoke English and helped us to arrange some tours. Internet service is available for a nominal fee. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, lovely staff and great value for money. Need to change the directions to the hotel - 100m from train station (not 1km)

I have been in this hotel for the 4th or 5th time and it is the only hotel in Firence I have been more than once. The service is excellent end the staff is very nice. I hope that a room will be available the next time I go there.

Very near the train station and the central market. Good location for shopping too.
