Hotel Ritz - Florence, Italy

Hotel was clean with necessary ammenities. Staff was warm and knowledgeable. Location was a five minute walk from Uffizi but quiet in evenings. Faces the Arno River. Would book again when in Florence again.

Nice hotel, friendly & helpful staff. The bathroom left a little to be desired, though -- had to pump the flush button for 30 seconds before the toilet would flush, and the shower didn't have great water pressure or consistent temperature. Otherwise, lovely.

We only spent one night here, but the room was great. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would stay here again on return trip to Florence.

I missed the last train to Florence and I called the hotel. They were not willing to work with me AT ALL!! Still charged me for 2 nights instead of 1. During tourist seasons they can always re-rent the rooms if they know ahead they have a cancellation.But room was nice & clean & small.
