A fabulous location, atmosphere we just opened the window and the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. My room was quiet and continental breakfast was good.

The location was ideal and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, an evening drink on the terrace was lovely to return to after dinner at one of the many excellent Florentine restaurants.

Fantastic location, room maintained very well during our stay and the staff in the lounge was great. Bathroom were clean, breakfast was excellent and the concierge/receptionist's were extremely helpful and pleasant.

The position is brilliant and this must be the best hotel location in Florence. The staff are unfailingly courteous and helpful, rooms are nice, make myself a strong coffee any time of the day or night.
