From 12:00 till 14:00 our restaurant is open for lunch, offering special daily and à la carte menus. Dinner is served from 19:00 to 22:00 with the chef's evening selection or à la carte menu. We booked two rooms over the phone - and immediately felt better as Fabio was helpful and humourous. We had two rooms - one overlooking the river which my husband and I shared with our 12 year old son. There was plenty of room, good storage, hot powerful showers and some English TV. The hotel pool is lovely and unusually had a lifeguard. The restaurant had nice food - including things the kids would eat (16, 14 and 12) and the staff enchanting - funny, helpful and generally a treat.. Read review

The hotel is on the banks of the river and whilst it is also on a very very busy main road the noise in the bedrooms and restaurant is non existant. However this is not the case when using the small swimming pool or gardens. All rooms appear to be away from the road and many look out over the river, which ours did. Our room was very clean and well appointed with TV mini bar and had a river view with balcony. The only propblem with the room was the AC which was not very good. Breakfast was as good as they come in main land europe with the usual bread, cheese etc but also fresh fruit, cereals, friut juices and tea or coffee. WIFI is available at a charge as is a public internet access point.. Read review

They provide a great little map which has the bus route marked on. The area is well lit and we felt safe getting the bus back late and returning to the hotel from the bus stop. You need to validate the ticket in the machine on the bus. Worth choosing this hotel if you are going to florence in summer because of the pool and the quiet location.. Read review
