I came up from Rome and was surprised how flat Florence is, it is easy to get around by foot. This hotel is literally 1 block from the train station and easy to find. The breakfast was ok, you can't really find a good USA-style breakfast in Italy. The staff were really helpful, including storing my luggage for 4 days while I went to the countryside, even though I was not coming back to stay in the hotel after!. Read review

Reception and waiting staff all spoke good English and all were friendly and helpful. Just a short walk from the station, but this was the only downside as the area isn't that great.. Read review

Lake Garda This was a brilliant location for exploring the city, the hotel was nice and very friendly staff also spoke excellent English. Our room was clean, the breakfast was varied.
