stayed at the turk?n hotel?n july when we got our room after half an our of mess?ng around due to poorly speak?ng recept?on staff, we found our room to be of a very low standard. Meals were very bas?c and poorly prepared. No variety of foods and the food we rec?eeved was dull and lacked flavour. Even?ng meals also lacked var?ety and was very repet?t?ve.(only one cho?ce of ma?n meal served.) but plenty of salad. No fru?t or ju?ces served w?th meals. tyhe hotel rooms were very ba?c w?th bathrooms grow?ng mouldy and excrement st?ll ?n our to?let nearly everyone on our fl?ght was d?sgusted w?th the hotel rooms and they sa?d they would all compla?n most staff d?dnt speak engl?sh ? but the ones who d?d were lovely and very helpful the pool area was very ?ce and ?f ?t want for th?s we would not have stopped here.lovely v?ews from the hotel blcon?es unless u are at the back of the hotel wh?c overlooks wasteland just a 15 m?nute walk to the harbour and shops w?th loads ofgreat restaurants ps beware of the blue f?sh resaurant, they charge a fortune and the food left us w?th severe cramps overall a bas?c place but they were slowly ?mprov?ng ps the photographs used on all ?nternet pages are about 20 years old the hotel as ?t ?s now ?s alot d?fferent more shabb?er and dated.

The hotel is under new management from September 2007 and the improvements are visible. After reading reviews we panicked and thought what have we done and upon arrival we were still unsure but the staff were fabulous! Couldn't do enough to help us and were brilliant w?th my young daughter. It is true the view to the rear overlooks wasteland but alot of Turkey is this way and these rooms are actually cooler at night! The view to the front is breath taking but very very hot in the afternoon! The breakfast was basic but fresh and really what do people expect for such a cheap price! Would like to also comment the four ladies staying at the hotel acted appallingly when they vandalised the room and give us British a bad name! Overall the staff are great and the management are making improvements so watch this hotel as could be cracking!
